I remember sleep walking last night.

It was most unsettling.

About 11 hours ago I fell asleep watching The Outer Limits on Hulu. At some point I remember getting up, walking to my living room (nude) and feeling as though I needed to find the person hiding in my apartment.

It’s funny how that works, I mostly remember the feelings- feeling really curious and anxious. I also recall knowing I was nude, but not minding.

I called out, “Come out, I know you’re here.”

There was no reply (thank God, lol).

“Fine, have it your way. I’m going to get some tea.”

I went into the kitchen and looked for some iced tea (i had finished it the night before). Not finding it, I gave up and remember feeling really defeated.

I ended up waking in front of my bar, with all the lights on in the apartment.

When I was younger Parasomnia used to be a regular thing (night terrors, screaming, walking, talking)- I hope it’s not back.
