I learned today that one of the causes of spikes in gas prices is the need for our goverment to re-fill the military’s fuel. Imagine the amount of fuel that the military needs and then imagine how that would realistically effect the enduser price of gas for the world.
Another reason we should probably finish up these wars and focus on ourselves.
The world as we know it is close to an end. This sounds apocolyptic because it is. Imagine the failure of GM which is immenent. Hundreds of thousands losing everything, their jobs, pensions, 401k’s, their lives. Then imagine the effect of such a failure on the confidence of the rest of the world.
I haven’t decided how I would like to approach the end of society as we know it. Do I stick it out, help, and become a leader? Or do I revert back to the basics and focus on myself?
